Your satisfaction is guaranteed with our products.
In store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and the tag is attached in the same manner it was purchased) with a receipt. Return amount will be issued in the form of Store Credit ONLY!
- All cash returns or exchanges must have a receipt.
- All made to order Custom designs, ALL sale merchandise, and all accessories are final sale.

To exchange/return an online purchase:
- Email us at [email protected] to notify us of the exchange or return with the new item you'd like instead.
- We will ship you a return shipping label and shipping bag to return the unwanted merchandise when we ship your new item to you.
- For returns, refunds will not be issued until we receive the merchandise back, and will be issued in the form of Store Credit ONLY, if all return policy requirements are met.

We are not responsible for lost packages. All of our packages are tracked through USPS. Once the shipping status of the package notates "Delivered", we reserve the right to refuse any refund for any lost packages.
